Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with daily tree care operations such as pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing
- Perform climbing, rigging, and aerial lift work under supervision, using industry-standard safety procedures
- Participate in job site setup and hazard assessments
- Assist in operating and maintaining equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Follow directions from Lead Arborist and senior crew members to complete projects on time and to company standards
- Support safe work practices and contribute to a positive team culture
- Engage in regular training sessions to build arboricultural knowledge and technical skills
- Stay informed on industry best practices and innovations
Qualifications:
- Required: Willing to train and obtain ISA Certified Arborist credential
- 1+ years of professional experience in arboriculture, including some climbing and equipment use
- Basic proficiency or strong interest in developing skills in rigging, pruning, removals, and aerial lift operations
- Willingness to learn tree risk assessment principles
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather and lift heavy equipment
- Should provide own climbing gear (or willing to purchase as training progresses)
- Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Work Schedule:
- Full-Time, Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend work and overtime depending on projects
Work Location:
We service local Pennsylvania towns in and around the surrounding areas of Pottstown, West Chester, and Philadelphia.
