S&K Building Services is growing fast and is in search of an Account Manager to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. As a successful Account Manager, you will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. You will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

What You'll Do
- Increase sales using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Who You Are
- You have 3-5 years of sales experience in the Field Service industry
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships
- You have experience working with CRMs such as Smart Service, Hubspot, and/or Customer Factor
- You have familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- You are tech savvy
- You have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- You are self motivated and driven
- You are available to work occasional evenings and weekends if needed
- You have a valid driver’s license
- You reside in or are willing to relocate to the West Palm Beach, FL area
- You are able to travel within your assigned territory
